The Academy Awards and The Razzies are done for another year. The best and the worst have gotten their comeuppance and movie-obsessors can now take that bath they’ve been meaning to get to.
In case you didn’t get to watch either broadcast, here are the winners for both awards. There is a lot of history being made in the lists below. Kathryn Bigelow is the first female director to win an Oscar, Jeff Bridges finally wins after four previous nominations, and Sandra Bullock’s win marks the first time that someone takes home both an Oscar and a Razzie in the same year. Don’t ask me how that Bullock Oscar win was possible, but I have to assume there was a goat-sacrifice involved.
